I mustarded up the courage to start a conversation with her and asked how did she grow her hair so long. She smiled and told me, "Give me your number on WhatsApp and I will send you the recipe my new friend." And when I tell you she did!!!!!

Do Not Steam If:

We recommend that you DO NOT steam if any of the following apply to you;
You are pregnant.
If you are trying to get pregnant you should not steam during or after ovulation.
Please email for details if; If you have an IUD, ring or coil.

If you have an arm implant birth control such as Nexplanon or Implanon.

If you are receiving fertility treatments or hormone injections because steaming may comprise Tubal Ligation.
During Menstruation.
If you have had heavy spontaneous bleeding mid-cycle within the last three months it is not recommend to do a vaginal steam.
It is not recommended to steam after waxing or laser hair removal. We recommend waiting 4 days after waxing and 2 weeks after laser hair removal
Please note that piercings will need to be removed to avoid burns.
Steaming should not be done when the body is fighting and illness such as the flu or any other fevered condition.
You should stop your steam immediately if you feel any of the following; generally unwell, light headed, dizzy, nauseous, intense headache, short of breath or if your body tells you so, trust your instincts
If you are still unsure we suggest you speak to your doctor.
 

Same Day Shipping and Order Processing
Orders received by 3PM Central Time M-Sat will ship the same day. If your order is high priority, please contact us by phone and we will do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. For the fastest order processing, please pay with a credit card or PayPal. Please note that large orders and multiple packages may get separated and delivered on different days, please track all packages.

Refunds
Due to the intimate use of our products and the type of products that we sell, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

Wholesale Orders

Processing

All standard orders under $250 will be processed in 7 business days. All orders over $250 will be processed in 9 business days. We do not accept rush orders. Sample orders received before 2pm will ship the same day. This does not include weekends, holidays and shipping time. All orders are processed in the order we received them. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All orders under 24hr processing time may be modified that is equal to the original purchase. Any orders will not be able to change after the 24hr window.  We DO NOT accept orders that have different billing and shipping addresses. 

Returns/Refunds

We do not accept returns due to the products that we sell. Any orders that need to be canceled should be made within 24hrs of the purchased date. No EXCEPTIONS. We only issue refunds if it is an error on our end. We highly recommend you purchase samples before buying bulk.

Shipping

We ship via USPS and UPS. We reserve the right to choose which carrier that best suits the order. Shipping days are Monday-Friday.  If tracking has not updated after the 48hr window, please contact us at customerservice@blushvsteamspa.com We are not responsible for any delay’s the carriers may have. Please contact them for any updates. 

All initial bulk orders $100 and over will require a signature. So please make sure that you are able to sign for your package when it arrives. In any event if your package was return to us, you would have to pay a reshipment fee. 

Before contacting our customer service department for tracking, please check your spam. Once an order has been received by the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.  If you have not received your order and the delivery date has passed. Returns & Refunds.

All custom orders are final and we do not grant refunds. Approval of all custom formulas were made prior to producing said order.

Operations

For the summer months, all body butter orders will ship only Monday-Wednesday. Packaging will include ice sheets to line all boxes. This will ensure that extreme heat in certain states.

We are open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. All emails, DM’s and Chat after 6pm will resume the following business day.  All emails should have your order number in the subject line and issue. Emails will have a response within 24-48 hrs. of it being received.
